LINCOLN, Neb. -- Nebraska?plans to pay tribute to punter Sam Foltz by leaving his locker untouched this football season, among other tributes that include a helmet decal to be worn in games.Foltz and former Michigan State punter Mike Sadler died on July 23 in a car accident after working at a kicking camp in Wisconsin. About 1,500 people attended Foltzs funeral Saturday in Grand Island, Nebraska.The Cornhuskers held their annual Fan Day on Wednesday at Memorial Stadium and spoke to reporters for the first time since the death of their teammate.
